Lavender Buckwheat Neck Pillow
Ingredients: Soft 100% cotton filled with natural dry lavender buds and organic buckwheat hulls.
Directions for Use:
Warm: Spritz with water and heat in the microwave for up to one minute on high. If you prefer a little extra heat, then continue to heat on high in 30-second increments.
Do not overheat and use caution when removing it from the microwave.
Place around your neck and over your shoulders until the neck wrap cools, approximately 20 minutes.
Cold: To use as a cold compress place in the freezer one hour before using.
